Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, please contact us immediately and we will gladly accept your return or exchange.  All returns or exchanges must be within 7 days of receipt of the item purchased and the item must be in unused and original condition with all tags affixed, and in its original packaging.  All refunds will be credited in the same form as original payment.

A restocking fee of 10% and an additional $10 for shipping will be applied to all items returned for refunds.

Exchanges:

At Handbag  Dreamer, customer satisfaction is what counts.  There is no restocking fee charged on exchanges. 

 Please e-mail us at support@handbagdreamer.com for an exchange, with the item you purchased, and the new item you would like. After receipt of this information, you will be advised how to proceed.  We do not pay shipping for returns or exchanges.
